Common Issues Quick Reference Guide
This article provides a quick reference guide for troubleshooting common faults and issues for the Arpac Pro Elite Series stretch wrappers.

This is merely a quick reference guide compiled over years of hands on service .

This quick reference guide is not intended to be an all-inclusive troubleshooting manual.

If you are having issues that you are unable to remedy or that are beyond the scope of this basic reference guide, please reach out to your local service provider or directly to Nvenia , 1(800)253-5103.

One should NEVER service energized equipment.
Serious injuries or even death may occur as a result.
Follow your companies lockout/tagout protocol before servicing.

10Film Carriage Gate Open-Ensure film carriage door is closed and secure
-Check film carriage prox switch for misalignment or damage
-Inspect prox switch cable for wear or damage
-Verify input at I-10
-Push reset button
-Start cycle
11Home Proximity Sensor is not sensing-Check the turntable prox switch for damage or misalignment
-Inspect prox switch cable for wear or damage
-Verify input on I-00
-Push reset button
-Start cycle
12Both the Upper and Lower Film Carriage Prox. Sensors are Triggered-Check that both prox switches are actuated
-Check for input at I-07 and I-1
-Check both switches alignment
13Film Break Detected-Check for sharp corners or objects on the load. Use padding like corner boards on load.
-Check the film tension rollers for burs on rollers. Replace bad rollers
-Reduce film tension to load.
-Re-attach the film to the load.
-Push reset button
-Start cycle
14*Exceeded Carriage Travel Time -Check speed of film carriage
-Adjust film carriage speed
-Push reset button
-Start cycle
15Film Carriage Below Lower Limit Switch-Check film carriage prox switch
-Check for input on I-07
-Manually jog film carriage UP
-Check film carriage lower limit switch alignment
16Film Carriage Above Upper Limit Switch-Check film carriage prox switch
-Check for input on I-08
-Manually jog film carriage DOWN
-Check film carriage upper limit switch alignment
17*Exceeded Wrap Cylce Time Limit-Check film carriage speed
-Ensure wrap cycle in not in pause
-Push reset button
-Start cycle
18Film Carriage Belt Loose-Visually verify the film carriage has no debris, object or obstructions that may hold up the film carriage
-Check the belt slack safety switch -Check for input on I-09
-Push reset button
-Start cycle


*Time Limit Faults only appear after the Time Limit has expired.

**Occasionally Fault Codes will appear on the Wrap Counter. Once you have corrected the cause for the error, press the cycle stop/reset button until the code stops blinking. Once the code is no longer flashing on a display screen, return to normal operation of the unit.
